What is this site about?

First and foremost, this is a repository for fan-fic.

Fan-fic, or fan-fiction, are stories written by normal, everyday people (fans) based on books, movies, tv-shows etc. The rules in fan-fic are very fluid, but I do believe that most fan-fic authors consider fan-fic based on e.g. tv-shows to be something where you can actually recognize the characters from the tv-show. It is not crucial to stay in-character, but I personally prefer to read stories where the characters are not just named the same, but behave in a totally different way than they do in the tv-show, movie, book etc. This is not a rule I will enforce, though. That is a matter of opinion and likes more than anything.

I will not censor the site heavily, but there are certain no-nos even here:

Anything involving sexual situations and children is going to cause immediate banishment for life and the stories will be deleted.
Anything based on the actors behind any given tv-show or movie are not okay. You can write all you want about the characters of whatever tv-show or movies you like, but don't post stories based on the actors behind it. I find stories like that to be an invasion of privacy, especially since the majority of them out there are sexually oriented in one way or another. This may seem as a strange restriction to some, but I do not approve of such stories and as such don't want to see them on my site. You will not be banned for posting them and they will not be deleted without prior warning, but they are not welcome here.
Anything that is generally considered incest-stories are not welcome here. For e.g. Supernatural, this would include Wincest stories and just in case this rule is not entirely clear, this means any stories involving family members having sex with each other.
